JAMMU, Dec 14: All India Backward Classes Union Social (AIBCU) in its meeting today said when the State Government was implementing the Supreme Court ruling in other cases why it has not so for implemented the Apex Court directives regarding the Mandal Commission report.
The meeting was chaired by president of the Union Abdul Majid Malik.
The meeting also criticized the State Government’s un constitutional decision for giving RBA benefits at the rate of 20 percent which is an arbitary distribution from the due share of 27 percent to OBCs.
