TCC crushes QCC by 2 runs in inaugural tie

JAMMU, Dec 15: TCC crushed QCC by just 2 runs in the inaugural tie of the Late Chouhary Barket Ali T-20 Cricket Tournament organised by Bathindi Cricket Club in association with JK Gujjar Bakerwal Federation at Kunjwani ground.
Batting first, TCC scored 98 runs in 20 overs. Choudhary Khurshad was the top scorer with 35 runs in just 20 balls. Quyayum and Chittu took 3 and 4 wickets respectively.
In reply, QCC players strived hard to win the match but failed and lost the match by just 2 runs for all out. Imran and Illyas bagged 3 and 4 wickets respectively in four over spell.
Man of the match award was presented by Choudhary Shokat Gujjar, president, JK Gujjar Bakerwak Federation and Naseem Chowdhary to Choudhary Khurshed by awarding certificate and trophy.
Earlier, the tournament was declared open by Choudhary Shokat Gujjar, president, JK Gujjar Bakerwak Federation.
