Srinagar, Dec 15: Five persons were injured in different road accidents in the Valley. A police spokesman said a student was hit and injured by a motorcycle bearing registration number JK09-8582 at Shmnag in Kupwara.
The injured, identified as Javaid Ahmad Teli son of Ghulam Ahmad of Shuloora, Kupwara has been shifted to PHC Trehgam for treatment.
Police said that three passengers traveling in a Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK05C-2130 were injured when it turned upside down near Gugloosa in Kupwara. All the injured have been shifted to Sub District Hospital, Kupwara for treatment, the spokesman said.
An unknown vehicle hit and injured a boy Jahangir Ahmad Teli son of Ghulam Mohammad resident of Y. K Pora at Y. K Pora in Kulgam. The injured was shifted to SMHS Srinagar for treatment.
The spokesman said police has registered cases in these accidents.
