Haripal wins two gold medals in Int’l Powerlifting event

JAMMU, July 19: International Powerlifter, Haripal Singh Jasrotia (Bablu) has brought laurels to Jammu and Kashmir by winning two gold medals at an International Powerlifting event in Karnal, Haryana.
The statement said Haripal Singh Jasrotia won gold medals at Paul Classic International Powerlifting Championship held between July 15 to 16 at Dr Mangal Sen Auditorium Karnal, Haryana which was organized by 100% Raw World Powerlifting Federation.
He emerged as the International Champion in the fiercely contested of 75.300 kg to 80 kg, Bench Press and Dead lift Championship where participants of around 12 countries showcased their skills. Singh has credited his success to God and his family.
The 100% Raw World Powerlifting Federation, USA, and India’s Chairman, President, Jagpreet Singh, along with Paul Bossi, the President of the 100% Raw World Powerlifting Federation, USA, have acknowledged and lauded his incredible accomplishments.
As per statement this exceptional athlete has soared to unparalleled heights, clinching an extraordinary 11 International Gold Medals within a mere seven months. Recently, Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha had also honored him with shawl for his remarkable achievements.
