Bhalla for imparting quality, Job oriented education

JAMMU, Dec 19: Minister for Housing, Horticulture and Culture, Raman Bhalla has called upon the teaching community to mould the students with modern and job oriented education so that they would compete in competitive examinations at national level to bring laurels for the State.
Addressing Annual Day function of Heaven’s Angel School and Heaven Kingdom High School, Janipura at Zorawar Singh Auditorium, here today, Bhalla highlighted the role of the teachers and parents in shaping the children with education. He said imparting quality, job oriented and moral education to the students is must for making them good citizens.
The Minister asked the students to work hard and show their excellence in coming exams. He said education is vital for better tomorrow and asked students to share their knowledge with each other for improving their intelligence
The programme commenced with lighting the traditional lamp by the Minister.
Principal of the school Renu Sachdeva besides teaching and non-teaching staff members were present on the occasion.
Earlier, the students of the school presented a colourful cultural programme, which was highly applauded by the audience.
