JAMMU, Dec 20: All J&K Jatt Youth Federation has demanded OBC status for the Jatt community in the State.
In a meeting of the Jatt youth held here today under the chairmanship of Manjit Singh Jatt, general secretary PYC, the speakers strongly criticised the State Government for not providing justice to the Jatt community. They said in many States, the Jatts being backward, have been granted OBC status but in J&K over six lakh community members have been ignored by the Government.
Sunil Choudhary, Ravinder Choudhary, Kamaljeet Singh, Lakhvinder Singh, Davinder Singh and others were also present in the meeting.
