JAMMU, Aug 4: Mirdul Kohli (Class-8th) has brought laurels to SP Smart School Kachi Chawni, Jammu by winning Bronze medal in Roller Skating Asian Championship held at Macau, China.
Mirdul won the bronze medal in the team event. He was part of the under-14 India team and proved their mettle in the championship by securing bronze medal. He has been trained by Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council Coach, Karish Gupta.
His parents appreciated the class teachers who encouraged him to take part in this international championship and also lauded the SP Smart School management for arranging special classes for Mirdul to complete his syllabus after every event which have been played in India and abroad so far.
