JAMMU, Aug 7: Sprawling Buds ICSE School has organized a function for the academic session 2023-24 in school premises here today with the aim to inculcate problem solving skills and leadership qualities among its pupils.
Chairperson of the school, Arti Sharma, Seema Sharma (Director), Monika Sharma (Principal), Neha Sharma, Divya Raina and Shallu Bhat (Coordinators) were among the dignitaries present during the occasion.
Chairperson of the School, Arti Sharma handed over the House flags, badges and sashes to the Head Boy, Head Girl, Prefects, House captains and to the In-charge of different houses who were eagerly waiting to take up their duties. This was followed by the oath taking ceremony of the student council who took the pledge to hold the school motto of loyalty, truth and honour in high esteem.
Newly appointed council members are Jaanvi Batra (Head Girl), Bhavishdeep Parihar (Head Boy), Abhinandan Sharma (Wisdom House Captain), Tejashwini Thakur (Loyalty House Captain), Namish Dev Singh Parihar (Courage House Captain) and Bhavisha Koul (Peace House Captain).Those who designated as prefects are Dakshika Rani, Arya Singh, Ayushi Sambyal, Advit Kotwal, Sparsh Parihar, Shivam Sadhu, Suraj Singh, Ayush Kotwal, Yashaswani Singh Thakur, Eishaan Rattan Sharma, Aaradhya Thakur, Fanika Zadoo, Mohd. Rehan Khan, Arini Dixit, Avika Gupta, Arihaan Singh Parihar, Ankush Singh Katoch, Mahima Sharma and Ambika Sharma.
The Monitors are Aahana Beniwal, Priyansh Kumar, Aadvik Aryan, Manasvi Sharma, Paarth Mujoo, Shivanshi, Myraa Chandel, Sahaana Sharma, Aarav Ferkalu, Saksham Singh Rukwal, Aadya Mattoo, Ayush Singh Surmal, Saanvi Bhat, Drishti Sharma, Aashita Sharma, Preeti Thakur, Namish Dev Singh Parihar, Jaanvi Batra and Pulkit Singh. Similarly, teachers who got appointed as House Incharge are Komal Shangloo (Courage House), Neha Tandon (Loyalty House), Abhilasha Koul (Peace House), Savita Raina (Wisdom House) and Abhilasha Koul (Discipline Incharge).
Director of the school, Seema Sharma advised students to be role models and extend a supporting hand to the student’s council for the smooth running of the school.
