SRINAGAR, Aug 9: On Day 6 of the ongoing 28th Srinagar District Billiards & Snooker Championship at Snooker Academy Rajbagh, altogether six matches were held today.
Umer Mushtaq defeated Yawar Gagroo by 81-34 and 65-27 while Ahmad Bilal beat Shahid Farooq by 55-17, 46-61 and 60-18. Similarly, Fahad Handoo thrashed Danish Peer by 47-24 and 39-30 whereas Murtaza Navchoo defeated Naiman by 67-21 and 55-37. Muzamil Ashiq beat Shakir Dahal by 60-30, 46-60 and 58-41.
The District Championship is being organized by J&K Billiards and Snooker Association under the aegis of Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council under the supervision of Umer Himayun, vice-president (Kashmir), J&K Billiards and Snooker Association.
