NEW DELHI, Dec 23: Zinc futures prices today edged lower by 0.28 per cent to Rs 125.85 per kg largely in line with a weak trend at the spot markets due to sluggish demand and subdued trend overseas.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc for delivery in December fell by 35 paise, or 0.28 per cent, to Rs 125.85 per kg, with a business turnover of 331 lots.
Likewise, the metal for delivery in January fell marginally by 30 paise, or 0.24 per cent, to trade at Rs 126.65 per kg, with a business turnover of 11 lots.
