BOMIS conducts workshop

JAMMU, Aug 17: Birla Open Minds International School Jammu (BOMIS) conducted Skill Development Program on Competency Based Learning and Setting Goals under the aegis of Sahodya School Complex, Jammu to empower educators and students.
Sandeep Sethi, Ex-Director Academics, CBSE, New Delhi, was the resource person who conducted the workshop. Principal IDPS, Joint Secretary Sahodya school complex and Rohini Aima Principal Jammu Sanskriti were also present on this occasion.
The statement said the skill development workshop offered an invaluable opportunity for teachers and students to enhance their understanding and implementation of competency-based learning and goal setting practices. By embracing a student-centered approach, participants will be equipped to unlock the potential of every individual, fostering a lifelong love for learning and preparing students for success in the 21st century.
The main objectives were to familiarize participants with the concept of competency- based learning provides practical guidance on designing competency-based curriculum and assessments.
