DPS Udhampur wins 1st Prize in Nat’l Anthem singing competition

JAMMU, Aug 18: Students of Delhi Public School Udhampur has brought laurels by participating in the National Anthem singing Competition organized by the Department of Information and Public Relations J&K as part of Independence Day celebrations and won accolades.
The students of DPS Udhampur secured 1st position in the category of group performance competition and got a cash prize of Rs 25000. Aradhya of Class IX also won third prize and cash prize of Rs 5000 in the category of solo performance under 14 age categories.
Arti, Music Teacher of DPSU secured 1st position in the category of solo performance along with Rs 25000 cash prize, all the winners were felicitated on 15th August at MA Stadium, Jammu.
Pro Vice Chairman of the school, Dr. J C Gupta, MD, Vivek Gupta and Principal of the school, Dr. Kunal Anand appreciated the school team.
