SAMBA, Aug18: BJP leader, Arun Kumar Sharma met with Dy. Commissioner, Samba Abhishekh Sharma along with villagers of Rajul, Talarh and Padal regarding inclusion of their villages with Purmandal block instead of Nud block as per topography. Purmandal is suitable and very near to their villages and Nud is far away from their villages due to which people of these villages have shown concern with the report of Delimitation Commission. People expressed their concern before DC Samba and they wanted correction of decision as soon as possible because block Nud in which these villages are added by Delimitation Commission is geographically, economically and from the perspective of connectivity neither viable nor practicable.
DC Samba assured the villagers that their problem will be conveyed to higher authorities and hoped redressal at an earliest. People of these villages who earlier had taken up their issue with Arun Sharma and he had assured them full support in getting their genuine demands solved.
