SHIMLA, Dec 25:
A slight intensity quake rocked parts of Sirmour and Shimla districts in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand today.
India Meteorological Department official Manmohan Singh said the quake was measured 4 magnitude on the richter scale. The epicenter was located in Uttarkashi hills of Uttarakhand at latitude of 31.2 degrees North and Longitude of 78.3 degrees East.
The quake was experienced at 0826 hrs, the statement said. (UNI)
