SRINAGAR, Aug 25: In an ongoing 28th Srinagar District Snooker Championship, the quarterfinal league matches were underway at Srinagar.
Adnan Khan defeated Amir Khan by 72-56, 36-58, 52-32, Younis Kuchey defeated Miya Bashir by 37-54, 79-12, 64-09, Mudasir Ashiq defeated Waseem Iqbal by 80-01 and 68-55, Waseem Iqbal defeated Umer Himayun by 57-42 and 74-30 in today’s quarter final matches.
Mudasir Ashiq made a record Highest Break of 80 and entered into the semifinals stages. The District Championship has been organized by J&K Billiards and Snooker Association under the aegis of Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council in Srinagar under the supervision of Umer Himayun, vice-president (Kashmir), Jammu and Kashmir Billiards and Snooker Association.
