JKAP 4th Battalion organizes Road March seminar

JAMMU, Aug 25: Jammu and Kashmir Armed Police (JKAP) 4th Battalion Security organized Road March cum seminar with the participation of students of Government High School, Chowadi and Aim 10x Shooting Academy, Jammu under the aegis of “Meri Mati Mera Desh”, at Suchetgarh.
The family of Police Martyr Ganishiam Sharma (DySP) was speciallyy invited and they were honoured during the occasion.
The event was supervised by Ashok Kumar Sharma, Senior Superintendent of Police, Commandant JKAP 4th Battalion Security Jammu who delivered a mesmerizing speech by remembering the sacrifices made by various war heroes. The other persons who spoke on the occasion included Inspector Shashi Kant Raina I/C Adjutant, Inspector Kewal Krishan, I/C Quarter Master and Sheil Khan, Accountant JKAP 4th Battalion Security, Jammu who particularly threw light on the contributions made by the war warriors.
Thereafter, a memento was also presented to the guest of honour as a mark of great tribute in the memory of the martyr officer. Special cash prizes were also awarded amongst the students who secured first, second, third, fourth and fifth positions respectively in the speech delivering competition.
After the culmination of the function, the students of Govt. High School, Chowadi and Aim 10x Shooting Academy, Jammu were taken to Zero line between India and Pakistan at Suchetgarh Border to witness the beating retreat parade carried out by the officials of BSF.
