BJP exposed before masses: Pawar

JAMMU, Aug 26: Intensifying the ongoing mass contact programme to educate people about anti-poor policies of the BJP-controlled administration in JKUT, former MLA and senior Congress leader Indu Pawar asserted that her party would expose BJP leaders.
Addressing public meeting in Ward No. 1 of the JMC today, Pawar said that due to mounting problems of the people, BJP has been exposed before the common masses. “Since 2014 BJP leaders have been befooling innocent people of Jammu region with one issue or other but people have realized that they were cheated by the Saffron Party”, she said and added that over-whelming response to the mass contact programme of the Congress party is a clear indication that people now want to teach BJP a lesson.
While cautioning the people against gimmicks of the BJP, she regretted that instead of solving basic problems of the common masses BJP leaders are raking up irrelevant and emotive issues just to hide their failures.
Calling upon the people to come on the streets to oppose anti-poor policies being propagated by the BJP, she exhorted the people to teach BJP a lesson in the forthcoming Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) elections.
