JAMMU, Sept 2: Senior BJP leader and former Dy CM, Kavinder Gupta here today said that senior citizens are the most vital component of the society and deserve priority attention.
After starting the construction work of a dedicated hall for senior citizens at Ward 54 in Trikuta Nagar, Kavinder said that senior citizens have devoted the precious part of their life in building the society and the nation and in this phase of their life it becomes the duty of all of us to take their utmost care.
Acknowledging that senior citizens are playing a vital role in the society even in this phase of their life, the BJP leader said that he has taken a note of all their issues which came to fore during an interaction with them and the same shall be resolved at the earliest.
Meanwhile, Kavinder Gupta lauded the exceptional team at ISRO for accomplishment in successful launch of Aditya-L1 spacecraft.
JMC Councillor Neeraj Puri, Rekha Mahajan, Vinay Gupta, president, Baldev Gupta, chief patron, Ashok Gupta, Shubash Chander Verma, Narinder Gupta, T.R Puri, Lalit Mengi, K.S Sambyal, T.C Taggar, Vijay Khurana, P.N Jalla, Sansar Chand Gupta, Y.S Jamwal, Surinder Salathia and Dilip Gupta were also present on the occasion.
