JAMMU, Oct 7: In the 28th J&K State Billiards and Snooker Championship 2023, Senior Category Snooker matches were held at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here today.
After completing the first round of matches, the second round started in which Sonu defeated Ishan by 2-1, Basit Wani defeated Vidit Gawri by 2-0, Sunny Rajput defeated Varun Sethi by 2-0, Sadhush defeated Uzneet Mirza by 2-1, Rahul Bhagat defeated Aditya Sharma by 2-0, Kancha defeated Arjun Chowdhary by 2-0, Ishuk Chowdhary defeated Vijay Chib by 2-0, Furkan Wani defeated Sahil Kabadia by 2-0, Elham Mir defeated Shaib Mehta by 2-1, Lucky gets walk-over against Devansh Abrol, Waseem Iqbal defeated Wasim Raja by 2-0, Mudassir Arif defeated Aarav Pathania by 2-0 and Amish Sharma defeated Sharun Gupta by 2-0. The championship is organized by the Billiards and Snooker Association J&K under the aegis of J&K Sports Council.
