JAMMU, Oct 11: In the 28th J&K State Billiards and Snooker Championship 2023, Senior Category quarterfinal matches were held at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here today.
In the senior category Billiards matches Nikhil Kapahi, Suhail Khalid, Abhishek Pathania and Aman Chowdhary defeated their opponents in the quarter-final round to enter semi-finals stages.
Nikhil Kapahi beats Elham Mir by 2-0, Mudassir Aashiq beats Vishal Abrol by 2-0, Gurjeev Singh beats Aditya Sharma by 2-1, Vidit Gawri beats Ishan Chowdhary by 2-0, Ishuk Chowdhary beats Deepu by 2-0,
Aman Chowdhary beats Miya Bashir by 2-0, Abhishek Pathania beats Mudassir Aashiq by 2-1, Suhail Khalid beats Gurjeev Singh by 2-0 and Aman Chowdhary beats Vidit Gawri by 2-1.
The Championship is organized by The Billiards and Snooker Association J&K under the aegis of J&K Sports Council. The semi-finals of Snooker and Billiards both will be held tomorrow.
