Indian Army shooter Ravinder Singh shines at 15th Asian Shooting C’ship

JAMMU, Oct 26: Brought laurels to India and Jammu and Kashmir, Indian Army’s Shooter Ravinder Singh has won medals at 15th Asian Shooting Championships in Changwon, Korea.
S.S. Sodhi, President, J&K Rifle Association said Ravinder Singh’s exceptional marksmanship who belongs to Bishnah, Jammu was on full display during the prestigious championship, leading him to bag an individual Silver Medal and a team Bronze medal in the 25m event contributing to the growing medal tally of the Indian contingent.
He said, “Ravinder Singh’s outstanding performance demonstrated the strength of the Indian shooting team on the international stage.  Undoubtedly, Ravinder Singh’s achievement would serve as an inspiration for other budding shooters in J&K and set a new benchmark for the game across the nation.”
