JSSJ shines at CBSE Cluster XVIII Athletics C’ship

JAMMU, Nov 2: Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu (JSSJ) showed an exceptional performance at the CBSE Cluster XVIII Athletics Championship held at Partap World School, Pathankot.
The athletes from Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu displayed remarkable prowess and clinched a total of 2 Gold and 2 Silver medals in various categories under the mentorship of Pankaj Kumar, Athletic Coach and Yogesh, HOD PHE. In the under 19 category, Tanvir Singh of Class 11th emerged as a star performer, securing 2 Gold medals, one in the 100-meter race and another in the 200-meter race. His outstanding achievements earned him the prestigious title of Best Athlete in the CBSE Cluster Championship.
Sulakshya Singh of Class 12th in the under 19 category demonstrated great determination and talent, earning a Silver medal in javelin throw. Anubhav Angral of Class 8th in the under 17 category exhibited his prowess by winning a Silver medal in the 200-meter race.
These outstanding performances have not only brought glory to Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu but have also secured a spot for these talented athletes in the upcoming National Athletics Meet, scheduled to take place in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
