Jiya wins silver at 37th National Games in Goa

JAMMU, Nov 4: Jiya Choudhary, a prominent member of the Charak Fight Club (CFC), has emerged as a shining star for Jammu and Kashmir by securing a silver medal in the prestigious 37th National Games (Pencak Silat) held in Goa.
Jiya’s remarkable achievement was celebrated with great enthusiasm as Deputy Mayor of Jammu Baldev Singh Billawaria honoured her. The Deputy Mayor also took the opportunity to extend his congratulations to Arun Singh and the entire Charak Fight Club for their outstanding success in the competition.
Billawaria said that Jiya’s remarkable accomplishment in Pencak Silat has not only made her a source of pride for J&K but also brought recognition to the talent nurtured within the CFC. He said the Club’s dedication to training and excellence is commendable, and their hard work has been showcased on a national stage.
The event was also graced by Yudhveer Sethi, Anil Masoon (Corporator) and Satpal (Manager, Parade Ground, Jammu).
