JAMMU, Dec 8: Government of Jammu and Kashmir today ordered naming of Jhelum Stadium Janbazpora, Baramulla as `General Bipin Rawat Stadium’.
According to the order in this regard, the Youth Services & Sports Department and Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla shall take immediate necessary steps including amending their record for effecting the change.
It has been further ordered Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir shall ensure that an appropriate event is organized in connection with naming of the stadium.
