JAMMU, Dec 16: Cambridge International School (CIS), Jammu celebrated its 3rd Annual Day with great pomp and show at General Zorawar Singh Auditorium, University of Jammu, here today.
Commissioner Jammu Municipal Corporation, Rahul Yadav was the chief guest while Kishori Lal Sharma, Director, Estates Civil Secretariat, Jammu, Sandeep Seiontra, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu were the guests of honour, Dr. Gulshan Kumar, District Mineral Officer, Jammu, Dr. Palvi Sharma, Assistant Director Social Welfare Department, Jammu were the special guests on this occasion. The theme of the event was a splendid amalgamation of Mythology, Valour and Fantasy.
The annual report was presented by Pooja Chib, Principal CIS, Jammu highlighting the academic and co scholastic achievements of the school. The tiny tots of the school presented a theatrical dance performance on the ‘Cinderella story’ and ‘The Enchanted Pages’ depicting various fictional characters enthralling the distinguished audience including many other programmes were part of the event.
Rahul Yadav applauded the entire CIS team for organizing such a scintillating event and appreciated the efforts of the school in providing quality education and moulding the personality of the kids at this young age.
