PCJ-XI defeats BPL by 7 wickets

JAMMU, Dec 19: In an one-sided cricket match played today at the KC Ground in Jammu, Press Club Jammu-XI (PCJ-XI) defeated Bharat Premier League team (BPL) by seven wickets.
Naveen Koul, the Press Club Jammu-XI captain, chose to bowl first after winning the toss. The Indian Premier League team, batting first, set a target of 141 runs in the allotted 20 overs. Bharat Bhatt scored an unbeaten 33 runs, Anmol Kaul scored 28, Sunil Bali scored 21, and Rohit scored 18 for their team.
Ajitesh claimed three wickets for the Press Club Jammu-XI team, Tejas Jamwal claimed two, and Nirbhay Khajuria, Sahil and Naveen Kaul took one wicket each.
While chasing the target, Press Club opener Anil Kalsi faced just 46 balls during his quick fire 79 runs, smashing three sixes and 12 fours. Tejas Jamwal scored 12 runs and Jugal scored 18 for the team. For Indian Premier League bowlers, Akshay claimed two wickets and Rohit took one wicket for his team while Press Club won this match convincingly in just 11.1 overs. Tejas Jamwal was declared as Man of the Match.
