Srinagar, Jan 30: Police recovered about 800 litres of kerosene oil meant for public distribution from hoarders in Sopore in Baramulla district.
A police spokesman said four barrels containing about 800 litres of kerosene oil meant for public distribution were recovered from Ghulam Mohammad Danthoo son of Abdul Ahad and Abdul Ahad Kanwaloo son of Habibulla of Shanger Gund in Sopore.
“Both the hoarders were arrested and a case FIR number 15/2014 under Section 3/7 EC Act was registered and investigation has been taken up,” the spokesman said.
