KATHUA, Dec 28: Delhi Public School Kathua (Junior) celebrated its Annual Sports Day with zeal and enthusiasm at Rajbagh. Ajeet Lal Dogra SSP (Retd.) was chief guest while guest of honour was Captain Anchal Ram (Retd.), Chairperson Kanta Andotra, former MLA, Gauri Thakur administrator of DPS Kathua, Tajinder Kaur Maughal Senior Coordinator DPS Kathua and Rakesh Sharma, Principal RB College of Education.
Vikram Singh Slathia School Coordinator for CBSE, Ruchi Sharma Primary wing Coordinator and Rishu Sharma Pre- Primary wing Coordinator of DPS Kathua also attended the event.
Under the supervision of Amandeep Sharma HOD Sports, Jagmohan, Aruna Jamwal and Sahil Janjua the sports extravaganza featured a diverse range of activities, adding vibrancy to the day. From traditional races like Lemon Race, Hurdle Race, and Three-Leg Race to creative events like Hula Hoop Race, Three Balloon Race and Dance, the students showcased their athletic and artistic talents. A special Chair Race was organized for parents, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and family involvement.
