JU Employees Cricket (Men) team wins first match

JAMMU, Dec 29: The University of Jammu Employees Cricket (M) team won their first match and strengthened their positions in the ongoing All India Vice-Chancellor’s T-20 Cricket Tournament (M) 2023 organized by RTM Nagpur University today.
In the first match, the Jammu University team beat RTM University (Team-B) by 116 runs. Naranjan Singh scored (53 runs), Vishal Sudan scored (51) and Raj Kumar Bakshi scored 38 runs and took 5 wicket haul with hat-trick. The team was accompanied by Raj Kumar Bakshi, Sanjeet Singh Charak and Mohit Sharma as Coach, Manager and Assistant Manager respectively.
Dr Daud Iqbal Baba, Director Sports & Physical Education, University of Jammu lauded the efforts of the team. He also congratulated the players of Jammu University Employees Cricket (M) team for showing tremendous performance and wished them to give their best performance in the next match.
