JAMMU, Dec 31: In a major achievement, India defeated Nepal by an inning and 18 runs in a Cricket test match held at Railway Cricket Stadium, Agra Cantt organised by Divyang Cricket Control Board of India.
This was the 100th victory for team India. Indian Divyang Cricket Team’s vice-captain Sayed Shah Aziz played the highest innings of 118 runs, while Suraj Mankele also scored 55 runs. Ramzan Ali played the highest innings of 62 runs for Nepal. On behalf of the Indian Divyang Cricket team, Kailash Prasad took 6 wickets, Abhinandan Upadhyay took 5 wickets, Brijesh Dwivedi took 4 wickets.
For Nepal, Deepak Khadka took 4 wickets and Chhabilal Dhobi took 3 wickets. In this tournament official Umpires were Yogesh Shinde of Gujarat and Sham Singh Langeh of Jammu, scoring was done by K Ganesh of Andhra Pradesh and Indian team Manager was Mohan Dwivedi from Madhya Pradesh.
Agra’s well-known personalities John Paul, Manish Tiwari, Divyang Cricket Control Board of India General Secretary Haroon Rasheed, CEO Ghazal Khan, Joint Chairman Sunil Swatantra Kumar, Irfan Ali were presented the winner trophy to India and the runners-up trophy to Nepal.
The man of the match was awarded to Kailash Prasad, best batsman to Sayed Shah Aziz, best bowler to Kailash Prasad, best fielder to Sukhlal Mian of Nepal and best wicket keeper to Mohan of Nepal. On this occasion chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Divyang Welfare Association, Sham Singh Langeh appreciated Sayed Shah Aziz for scoring the highest run.
