Poor performance of Indian cricket team

Sir,
“Ghar me sher bahar dher” is how we have been describing,  Indian cricket team and it has once again come true if we evaluate Indian Team’s New Zealand tour. They were seen off at the airport wishing them to be victorious by our cricket  lovers but their hopes failed. Often our cricket XI fails to get good results on foreign pitches. The players were seen dejected and their body language was totally disgraceful.
Our pace bowlers were not seen bowling upto mark with the result were sent for leather hunt by Kiwis batsmen. Similarly, our so called inform batsmen failed to read Kiwis pace battery. In fielding too, it was a worst spectacle. Losing one day series 4-0 by huge margins itself speaks how shameful it was and our captain still making excuses and blaming luck.
Actually, our BCCI is somehow also responsible for poor performance. They always keep on trusting foreign coaches and above all making slow pitches at home which can be only helpful for spinners, not allowing proper pace exposure to the Indian batsmen. Above all there is favouritism, politics, lack of coordination between selectors of different zones.
BCCI should seriously think after this humiliating defeat against Kiwis in order to frame a quality  team in the world for future.
Yours etc….
