JAMMU, Feb 3: J&K Mini Football Association is projecting the State team in the Senior National Mini Football Championship being held at Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh from February 7 to February 9, 2014, under the auspices of Indian Mini Football Association which is an affiliated unit of World Mini Football Association (Switzerland).
Prior to the participation, the Association conducted selection trials of the probables for coaching camp and selected the best team for the Championship.
It is pertinent to mention here that Under-16 team of J&K Mini Football won the gold medal in the Federation-Cup held at Kanyakumari.
The team: Arnav, Anubhav, Abeek, Siddharth, Dawar, Vikram, Lakshdeep, Samay, Laksh Gupta, Joy, Krishna, Siddharth Raina, Ajay, Aastitva and Jaskirat Singh.
Miss Khushboo and Gagandeep Singh are accompanying the team as manager and coach respectively.
Meanwhile, Dr Brij Baloria, general secretary of the Association will attend the General Body Meeting of the Federation.
