MMAJK’s selection trials conclude, 85 selected

SRINAGAR, Jan 29: Under the banner of the Mixed Martial Arts Association of J&K (MMAJK), 150 aspiring athletes, including boys and girls from all districts of J&K, participated in the selection trials for nationals across various age groups today.
After an intense and spirited competition, 85 exceptional athletes emerged victorious and secured their spots for the upcoming national championship scheduled to be held in Chhattisgarh from May 8 to 12, 2024. Naseem Ah Chaya, President of MMAJK, conveyed his best wishes to all the participants.
Chaya expressed his unwavering commitment to the athletes, stating, “I extend my heartfelt wishes to all the participants. Rest assured, I will stand by you and offer my support every step of the way.”
As the chosen athletes gear up for the national championship, MMAJK said that it will continue its mission to promote and elevate mixed martial arts in the region.
