JAMMU, Jan 31: Three swimmers from KC Public School-Chitrangana, Prajal Gupta and Vanshika Gusain participated in prestigious Khelo India Swimming Series-1 Championship which was held at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi from January 21-24, 2024.
During the championship Vanshika Gusain of Class 7 from KC Public School won Bronze Medal and a cash prize of Rs. 6,000 while competing against some of the finest young swimmers from across the nation.
She has been mentored by her school’s Swimming Coach, Babita.
Principal of the School Amarendra Kumar Mishra commended Vanshika for her outstanding accomplishment.
School chairman, Raju Chowdhary; vice chairman, Arjun Chowdhary; MD Arti Chowdhary; Principal Amarendra Kumar Mishra and Vice Principal, Sanjay Pandey congratulated the swimmers and wished them good luck for next round of the national championship.
