JAMMU, Feb 4: With the approval of senior AICC leader Incharge J&K affairs of the party, Bharat Singh Solanki, the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) president, Vikar Rasool Wani today appointed several Lok Sabha Coordinators as Incharge Election war rooms and senior leaders as district coordinators for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
JKPCC senior vice president and chief spokesperson Ravinder Sharma has been appointed as Incharge Elections war room for Udhampur Lok Sabha Constituency and I/C Media war room; Ghulam Nabi Monga, JKPCC senior vice president as Inchrage Election war room Baramulla segment; Yogesh Sawhney, JKPCC vice president I/C Anantnag -Rajouri Lok Sabha Election war room; Abdul Rashid Dar JKPCC vice president as I/C Election war room for Srinagar LS segment and LS Coordinator Naresh Gupta JKPCC vice president as I/C Jammu Lok Sabha segment war room.
Besides them, JKPCC general secretary Narinder Sharma has been appointed as I/C Election war room for over all Jammu while PCC general secretary Irfan Naqashbandi as I/C Election war room for Kashmir.
Meanwhile, JKPCC senior vice president and general secretary Balbir Singh have been appointed as district observers for Udhampur, senior vice president Thakur Balwan Singh and general secretary Shakeel Shah observers for district Reasi, Rajneesh Sharma vice president and Thomas Khokhar general secretary observers for Samba, Ved Mahajan vice president and Shahsi Sharma gen secy as observers for Kathua, vice president Jehangir Mir and gen secy Abid Aijaz for Rajouri, Sain Abdul Rashid vice president and general secretary Shakeel Mir for district Poonch, Thakur Balbir Singh vice president and Pawan Raina general secretary observers for district Ramban, Pranav Shagotra vice president and P L Shan gen secy for district Doda, Sham Lal Bhagat JKPCC general secy as observer for Kishtwar, TS Bajwa vice president and Rajesh Sadhotra general secy for district Jammu Urban and Vinod Sharma vice president and Gurmeet Singh and Iftikhar Ahmed- both gen secys as observers for Jammu Rural district.
In Kashmir, vice president Fayaz Ahmed Dar and gen secy Bashir Ahmed Khan have been inducted as observers for district Baramulla, senior vice president Mohd Anwar Bhat and gen secy Shaheena Needa for district Srinanar, Master Mohd Maqbool gen secy for Kupwara, Gulsher Khan vice president and Waseem Ahmed gen secy for Budgam, Nissar Ahmed Mundoo vice president and Mir Ruvais gen secy for Ganderbal, Raman Matoo vice president and Mir Iqbal gen secy for Bandipora, Abdul Gani Khan vice president and Irfan Naqib gen secy for Pulwama, Fayaz Ahmed Dar vp and Muzamil Shah gen secy for Shopian, Imtiaz Ahmed Khandey general secy for Kulgam while JKPCC vice president Surinder Singh Channi as district observer for Anantnag.
