Sir,
The creation of New Administrative Units in the State is a laudable step. These units will help in empowering people at grassroot level.Besides, the people will taste the fruits of many welfare scheme launched from time to time.
However, it is reminded to the Chief Minister that after creation of new districts in the State sometime back-four in the Valley and four in Jammu, these districts faced tremendous shortage of infrastructure and staff. As a result of it, people faced many difficulties. The situation is still same and nothing has changed.
There are apprehensions that the same situation may not arise once again after creation of new administrative units. It is requested that sufficient funds be allotted to carry on the developmental work in the State.
