I want to bring into your kind notice a few suggestions to improve the conduct of board exam for the 10th and 12th classes. Firstly,exam centres should be set up in Govt. schools only where sufficient number of rooms and desks are available for proper sitting arrangement. Secondly, lecturers from 10+2 should be deployed as superintendents for 10th exam while services of college lecturers be taken as superintendents for 12th exam. None of the teaching staff from a school where exam-centre has been set up be deployed for exam duty in his own school. Thirdly,mobiles should be completely banned inside an exam-centre both for students and staff on exam duty.Fourthly, instead of deploying so many inspectors for exam duty, CCTV cameras be installed at the exam centre so that if there is any complaint about mass copying that can be scrutinized with the recorded proceedings inside the exam-centre.
I hope the suggestion is taken into consideration to streamline the examination system so that hard-working and sincere teachers be encouraged and respected in the society otherwise society will become flooded with insincere and shirking teachers as well as students.
