IKGS celebrates Annual Day

UDHAMPUR, Feb 26: India Kids Global School (IKGS) celebrated Annual Day. The event held at school premises, brought together students, educators, parents, and esteemed guests for a memorable evening of performances, exhibitions, and insightful presentations.
The “Prayanama” event served as a platform to showcase the culmination of learning and growth achieved through the school’s renowned Primary Years Programme (PYP), an integral part of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. Attendees were treated to a diverse array of performances and exhibitions, highlighting the transformative impact of inquiry-based learning, interdisciplinary projects, and the development of the IB Learner Profile attributes.
Dr Piyush Singla, Secretary to Government was the Chief Guest of the event. His insightful remarks resonated with attendees, emphasizing the importance of nurturing holistic development and fostering a love for learning among students. The event also saw the presence of distinguished guests including Rayees Mohmmad Bhatt (DIG).
Shivangi Mahajan, the School’s Coordinator and Preeti Rajput, Headmaster shared valuable insights into the IB learning approach, highlighting its emphasis on inquiry, collaboration, and conceptual understanding.
