JAMMU, Feb 16: A constable of 14th battalion of IRP today received injuries when an unidentified vehicle hit him near Sidhra.
As per reports, a constable of 14th battalion of IRP identified as Dalip Singh, son of Rashpal Singh, resident of Akalpur was on special duty at Sidhra when unidentified tavera vehicle hit him, resulting into injuries to the cop.
On getting information, police rushed to the spot and shifted the victim to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where his condition was stated to be stable, when last reports came in.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at concerned police station and investigation started.
