ANANTNAG, Feb 16: Muslim Morcha BJP held a meeting here today under the chairmanship of Mushtaq Noorabadi president of the Morcha to discuss its strategy for the future Lok Sabha elections in the State.
The Morcha leaders were of the opinion that BJP should field one candidate from Anantnag Parliamentary Constituency as party has a good base in the entire South Kashmir belt and it can fully take on the candidates of other parties.
Noorabadi made an appeal to Party High Command to consider seriously fielding of candidate from Anantnag Lok Sabha seat as Muslims in the area are fully behind the party and favour that the Narendra Modi to be the next Prime Minister to rid the State from present mess and also deal firmly with the forces who looted the State over the years with both hands.
