HPS clinches Geeta Dixit Memorial Rolling Trophy

JAMMU, Mar 5: Humanity Public School (HPS) Bassi Kalan secured the Geeta Dixit Memorial Rolling Trophy for the second consecutive year.
During the annual farewell event of YTS 2023-24 arranged by Youth Talent Search, a coalition of 11 prestigious schools at the Government Polytechnic Bikram Chowk in Jammu. At the event, champions from various competitions were recognized, with Humanity Public School, Bassi Kalan emerging as the overall winner and receiving the trophy.
Statement said participants amassed a total of 6 prizes under various categories and procured the trophy. In Notebook Covering Competition of 3rd standard and Aerobic Dance Competition of 5th standard school stood victorious at first position. Whereas in Fancy Dress Competition of 2nd standard, Folk Dance Competition of 2nd standard, Rangoli Making Competition of 7th standard and PowerPoint Presentation Competition of 8th standard students bagged second position.
The Geeta Dixit Memorial trophy was received by the school Vice Principal, Anku Charak at Govt. Polytechnic Bikram Chowk, Jammu. All the winners were recognized at a special school assembly by Principal Gaurav Charak and Vice-Principal Anku Charak, in front of the entire student body, staff, and faculty, for their hard work and commitment.
Principal Gaurav Charak motivated and praised both students and staff, urging them to bring their passion and enthusiasm into their future endeavours. He also emphasized the significance of cultural and co-curricular activities in nurturing students’ talents.
