JAMMU, Feb 22: Tiny tots of Tiger Army Pre-Primary School, Satwari celebrated their Annual Day function, here today.
General Officer Commanding, Tiger Division, the Patron was the chief guest while Usha Singh Chairperson, Family Welfare Organisation was the guest of honour on this occasion.
Little Children of the school left the audience spell bound with their talents of yogasan, dare devil, skating stunts and martial art Wushu.
Theme of the event was “India in Old and New Era”, where the tiny tots depicted development over the decades in the fields of education, science, defence, space technology and women empowerment. The two skits, ‘Sarva Shiksha’ and ‘Saaksharta Abhiyan’ drew huge rounds of applause.
The Patron in his address on the occasion complimented the teachers and parents for their concerted efforts towards all-round development of students. The Principal Archana Mishra read out the Annual Progress Report of the School highlighting the major achievements of students at State level competitions in academics and sports.
She also presented vote of thanks.
