Sir,
Kind attention of the Deputy CM/School Education Minister and Secretary to the Government J&K School Edu Deptt is drawn towards the fact that in the recent past seniority lists of the PG masters/teachers in various disciplines viz economics, english, history, sociology and political science etc were issued and published in various newspapers for elevating them as incharge lecturers falling under the consideration zone of all the non-joining slots and simultaneously objections were invited from all the concerned to file within a period of seven days. In this regard it has since long been left.
Now near about two months have passed but the formal orders of promotion as I/c lecturers have not been issued in favour of the said teachers/masters by the concerned competent authority till today.
It is worthwhile to mention it here that there are many more vacancies of I/c lecturers in these disciplines and other disciplines reportedly as well.
As a consequence of it, the +2 students of the said subjects continue to suffer for want of non-availability of the lecturers in the +2 schools across the State.
Therefore, keeping the facts and submissions in view it is humbly requested to the Deputy CM Tara Chand and the Secretary to Government to kindly issue formal orders of promotion of these masters/teachers.
