JAMMU, Feb 24: Vigilance Organization today presented challan against Zahoor Hussain Zargar, Chief Engineer Mechanical Engineering Department Jammu, Ranjan Kumar Langer, AEE Mechanical Engineering Department, foreigner Hanho Yoon of South Korea (MD M/s CAS India Pvt Ltd Gurgaon) and Anil Dhar DGM M/s CAS India Pvt Ltd, who were caught red-handed while accepting bribe of Rs 1.80 lakh.
The accused persons had conspired to purchase weigh pads through manipulation of tender process.
