JK Montessorie School holds Debate Competition

JAMMU, Feb 25: JK Montessorie Senior Secondary School organized a Inter-Class Debate Competition in its School premises.
Over 200 students from Senior group and Junior group participated in the event.
In Senior group, the topic of the Debate was ‘Use, Misuse and Abuse of a Mobile’.
The participants displayed their speaking skills up to the maximum level to vie for the top honours and outshine best in the business.
The winners of the event included Shivam, Akash, Ankit and Himanshu, who spoke in favour of the use of mobile, while Aryan Mantoo, Ananya and Ruchika spoke against the use of mobile and won prizes.
Meanwhile, in Junior group, the topic of the extempore was “value of Regularity and Punctuality in the Student Life”.
The winners of the first, second and third positions were Sushain Pandita, Manveer, Khushi and Haripriya respectively.
Later on, the participation certificates were distributed among the students by Managing Director of the institution Sanjeev Gupta.
