JAMMU, Feb 25: Mini Sports Day at cluster level was organized at KV-2 Jammu Cantt, here today.
9 Kendriya Vidyalas of the Jammu Region participated in the event.
The chief guest Col C R Reddy declared the Meet open.
The function started with the lighting of traditional lamp by the chief guest, School Principal and other dignitaries.
Children presented cultural items, before participating in various sports events. The students showcased skill and vied for the top honours.
Earlier, Raj Kumari presented welcome address, wherein she laid stress on personality development through the medium of sports.
Later-on, School Principal, M Luxmi Narayana lauded the efforts of the students for this achievement.
