REASI, Apr 12: District Development Commissioner Reasi, Vishesh Mahajan today attended three-day Baisakhi Mela at Dera Baba Banda Bhadhur here.
The event, which attracted devotees and visitors from different states, provided a platform for cultural exchange and spiritual rejuvenation.
