JAMMU, Apr 15: An inspiring speech by Honorary Captain Mohd Sadiq (Retd), a 7 JAK RIF Shaurya Chakra Awardee, to NCC Cadets created a fervent atmosphere at the NCC Training Academy Nagrota here today. There were around 500 NCC cadets who attended the lecture.
