JAMMU, Apr 17: In preparation for the upcoming General Election for the 05-Udhampur Parliamentary Constituency in District Ramban, strict restrictions have been put in place by the District Magistrate, Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary, under section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.PC).
