JAMMU, Apr 25 : Presentation Convent Senior Secondary School Jammu celebrated Founders Day here today in which students of Class VI presented a meaningful assembly with great enthusiasm.
The programme commenced with soulful prayer, dance and lighting of the lamp by sisters. The students enacted a skit that was an amalgamation of vibrant dance performance and melodious songs that portrayed the life of the Founder of the Congregation of Presentation Sisters, Venerable Nano Nagle.
Ennobling qualities of Nano were showcased by the students that gave an emphatic message to spread the light of her lantern. The students exhorted all to do their best in ushering a new era where hatred will give way to compassionate love.
